Receptionist: Good evening. Do you have a reservation?

Guest: Yes, the name's Allen – two nights.

Receptionist: Let me check… I'm afraid I can't find a reservation under that name.

Guest: That's strange. I booked online last week. I have the confirmation email on my phone.

Receptionist: Let me see… ah, I see the issue – it's been booked under 'Helen Allen' rather than 'Peter Allen'.

Guest: Oh! That must be my wife's email address. She made the booking.

Receptionist: No problem at all, sir. Here's your key card.
