CandidateItaly has four distinct seasons. Summers are very hot and sunny — temperatures can reach thirty-five or even forty degrees. Winters can be cold, especially in the north, with snow in the mountains. Spring and autumn are mild and pleasant.

CandidateMy favourite season is spring. The weather is warm but not too hot, and everything looks green and fresh. I like to go walking or cycling outside when the weather is like that.
