  • Digital learning materials, mock exams, and practice exercises
  • Optional coaching services and assessments

All services are intended for educational purposes only.

User Accounts

To access certain features, users must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Keep login details confidential
  • Accept responsibility for all activity under your account

The Platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for misuse.

Subscription and Payments

Access to premium content requires a paid subscription.

  • Prices are listed in EUR (€)
  • Payments are recurring unless cancelled
  • Free trials (if offered) automatically convert into paid subscriptions unless cancelled before expiry
No refunds are provided for: partial subscription periods or failure to cancel before renewal. This does not affect your statutory rights under EU consumer law.

Cancellation

Users may cancel their subscription at any time via their account settings.

  • Access continues until the end of the billing period
  • No partial refunds will be issued

Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including lessons, mock exams, written materials, and audio and video content — is the exclusive property of STANAG English Academy.

Prohibited You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce content; share login access with others; or use materials for commercial purposes.

  • Attempt to bypass paywalls or security systems
  • Share or distribute exam materials
  • Use the Platform for unlawful purposes
Enforcement Violation may result in immediate account termination without refund.

The Platform provides training and preparation only. We do not guarantee:

  • Exam success
  • Specific STANAG or JFLT scores
  • Career outcomes

Performance depends on the individual user.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, STANAG English Academy shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential losses
  • Loss of data or income
  • Technical interruptions
