The Platform provides educational services and digital learning resources, including:

• Online English training for STANAG 6001, JFLT, and related military English exams
• Digital learning materials, mock exams, listening practice, writing practice, and exam preparation exercises
• Optional coaching services, assessments, and feedback where offered

All services are provided for educational and exam preparation purposes only.

To access certain features, users may need to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Keep your login details confidential
• Accept responsibility for all activity under your account
• Use your account personally and not share access with other people

The Platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts where misuse, false information, account sharing, or abuse is suspected.

Where a free trial is offered, it provides temporary access to selected materials for a limited period.

• Free trial access is limited in time and content
• Free trial users do not receive automatic paid access
• Free trial access does not automatically renew
• Users must manually choose to purchase paid access if they want to continue after the trial ends

Access to premium content requires payment. Prices are shown in euros (€) unless otherwise stated.

• Paid access is granted for the access period stated at the time of purchase
• Monthly access means access for one paid month from the date access is activated, unless otherwise stated
• Payments are made manually by the user
• Payments do not automatically renew unless this is clearly stated and separately agreed at the time of purchase
• When the paid access period ends, access to premium materials may expire unless the user manually pays for a new access period

Because standard monthly access is paid manually and does not automatically renew, users normally do not need to cancel anything.

• Access continues until the end of the paid access period
• After the access period ends, premium access may expire automatically
• Users who want continued access must manually purchase another access period
• If a user believes they have been charged incorrectly, they should contact STANAG English Academy using the contact details below

Payments for digital educational content are generally non-refundable once access has been activated, unless required by applicable law.

• No partial refunds are provided for unused access time
• No refunds are provided because a user did not use the materials
• No refunds are provided because a user did not pass an exam
• This does not affect any statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded

All content on the Platform, including lessons, mock exams, written materials, PDFs, audio content, video content, page text, layouts, explanations, and practice tasks, is the property of STANAG English Academy unless otherwise stated.

Users must not:

• Share login details with other people
• Attempt to bypass paywalls, membership restrictions, or security systems
• Copy, download, distribute, or publish protected learning materials without permission
• Use the Platform for unlawful, abusive, misleading, or commercial purposes
• Interfere with the normal operation of the website

The Platform provides training and exam preparation only. We do not guarantee:

• Exam success
• A specific STANAG, JFLT, or SLP score
• Promotion, selection, employment, deployment, or career outcomes
• That exam formats, topics, or assessment criteria will remain unchanged

Results depend on the individual user, their level, effort, preparation time, exam conditions, and the decisions of the official examining body.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, STANAG English Academy shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses
• Loss of income, opportunity, data, or results
• Temporary website downtime or technical interruptions
• Issues caused by third-party services, payment processors, hosting providers, browsers, or user devices

User data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), where applicable.

STANAG English Academy may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are published means that you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy. Any disputes shall be subject to the competent courts of Italy, unless mandatory consumer protection rules provide otherwise.
